Drop Rate Max Level/Stars doesn't work

It's working just fine, you get the drop parts to max level (it depends on your story progress & player level), and only for dropped parts. The bonus part that have GB4 logo doesn't count.

If you start the game from the start, in Chap 1 mission 1, you can already got lv 8 parts, which is the maximum level at that point.

He use non-public versions developed by TomSwitch.
For example beta92j, beta92k.
Of course, it's not that hard to find.

Those are pre-release version. Breeze will only fetch released version and the reason why they are pre-release is precisely that I don't want the bulk of users to download it yet.

If you have 92k you have the latest as of today. I use to not show the letter but as of a few update ago Breeze will show the letter and you can normally see what version it is running if you see a screen shot of Breeze

Especially if TomSwitch is working on a project that particularly appeals to me.
But most of the time I'm willing to spend more time waiting for his approved public release.

I thought all drops would have the highest level and highest star rating, but now the equipment I get from drops is randomly leveled and starred, with only one or two reaching the highest

How To Use:
-Activate [max item], use item during mission gain 99 items, sell item to get 9999 items.
-Activate [max op], use op to get full op
-Activate [max hp], get hit to get full hp
-Activate [max stamina], run and let go of run button to get full stamina
-Activate [max money], sell any item to get max money
