What is the master code for?

Master code is always the first and is always on. If you see game has master code it means it is needed for something down the line. If you trust the author there is no need to know what it does

At this point you might have better luck using KaitoB's overlayy module and cheats. The only downsize of it is that you don't get to see the actual code, so you can't personalize exp, JP, money multipliers among other things. Those are available in a chinese forum tekqart (not sure if sharing links is allowed here).
