Hacking cheapest usb hdd???

im thinking about maybe 500 gb? or is there a 1tb out there really cheap? i want something $100 dollars or below. know any brands to look up or where i can find one?

You can probably find a 120GB for about $60 if you look hard enough.

Otherwise the best bet would be to find a 40GB internal hard drive at NewEgg and then get an enclosure for it. Which would still probably be $50.

how many games and stuff will it hold?? is it worth spending little money for a small drive when if you pay double the money later you can get a drive 4 times larger?? how many games/dvds or whatever can it hold?? the one you mentioned that is

Well an 80GB one which are usually $35 on Newegg would hold at LEAST 20 games, but since the USB loaders scrub the ISO's like WiiScruber does, they usually get down to 2GB or less so then you'd be able to fit 40 games.

i just bought a 500gb for 90$ yesterday at Target.

EDIT: Oh yea i forgot i think they had a 1TB for $120.00 It wasn't a sell so it should be the same on the site

I got a 1.5TB WD Elements for £55, which is around $90, with free delivery. You just have to be patient and keep googling. I kept checking google product search like 10 times a day for 3 days and eventually a low stock came up with that and I snapped it up quickly before anyone else could.

buy yourself an external enclosure sata at about 15$ Canadian , and get an sata drive the size you want , there is about 20$ difference between an 160 gig and an 500 gig

ide drive are getting more expensive then sata , an sata drive can be up to 32 mb cache , Seagate 500 gig drive is around 59$ to 69$ Canadian

make sure to get the most possible cache on your drive it always help

lol, that is what I did, except I went for a 1 TB one. the price difference is so little, so I went for the bigger one.
