ez flash has incredible gba support. if u dont mind a solution that doesnt fit flush with the ndsl one of the forum mods is selling their ezlfash 3 1gb and 2gb models at scdev.org

here is a idea find someone who is upgradeing from a slot 2 to a slot 1 flash card... offer to buy there slot 2 card (dont use the pass me with it) and just flash gba roms to it.

So used is the best option? I kinda had the same question as the OP as well. Whats the best option to pick up if you are dealing with buying new?

The Supercard Lite is $50 new, but I'm not sure if it can play all gba games (does it have enough ram?)
If not, I'd go with the EZ-Flash 4 IV Lite Deluxe ($55).
