The first is a ezflash junior, it's a GBC flashcard, not a GBA one. The third link offers a choice between an ezflash omega (decent card) and a SuperCard (horrible. Do not buy, avoid!) and the fourth link is also just a SuperCard (as already stated: do not buy!)

as an owner of a SuperCard SD, I really do have to back this up. It filled a gap many many years ago, but nowadays there's just better choices. I've since upgraded to an EverDrive GBA X5 Mini, but the EZ-Flash is supposed to be great too.
