So I want to transfer my games from my 500G hard drive, to a 1TB hard drive for my Hacked Wii U and I have CHBC on my Wii U. Is it safe if I were to format the 1TB hard drive and just transfer all the games from the 500G to the 1TB without bricking the Wii U or will it brick the Wii U because I have CHBC installed? Thank you.

Yes, should be safe. Your cbhc game is on internal storage, just don't format the system itself.

What if the CBHC game is on the 500G Hard drive, is it still safe to do?
you can copy it to the hdd, but it won't be the one used by the system. the file the system modifies does not specify hdd or internal storage, so internal storage is hard-coded into the system when searching for that title id.

Yeah I just checked, I'm an idiot. The CHBC is in the internal storage I just missed it completely. Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate it!!!!!
