The funny thing is that this was back when the Cleveland crowds were lame and just stood there. That all changed when Converge came the first time though. Then kids started getting bloody noses.

I saw Converge at the Agora in '99 and the singer got out in the audience and started beating the shit out of everybody. He was swinging the microphone around like a helicopter above his head. It kind of looked like the opening scene in the Fellowship of the Ring.

It was great.
