I have a Japanese 2ds, and I was wondering whether it was safe or not to charge it with a US ac adapter, in a normal North American US wall socket, and if it's safe or not. Both the US and JP ac adapters have almost the same stuff written on the charger.
Here's what's listed on both ac adapters.
JP ac adapter:
WAP-002(JPN)
Input: AC100V-120V 50/60Hz 12VA
Output: DC4.6V 900mA
US ac adapter:
WAP-002(USA)
Input: 120V~60Hz 7W
Output: 4.6V 900mA
