So a long time ago i made a wii channel using crap, and it banner-bricked my wii :\
so now, i want to try again, but i'm afraid of bricking my wii again.
is there any way i can ''test'' wii wad channels for invalid banners before installing them on my wii?
like with a full system menu emulator or something for pc, or some kind of virtualbox-like wii homebrew?
    EDIT.
also, will it help if i fill up my first screen and the first row of the second screen with ''good'' channels so i cant see the possibly bad ones from the main screen? or will it still banner brick immediately? thanks in advance :)
    EDIT2.
so yes, i already tried emulating with dolphin, which says ''no banner''.
    EDIT3.
final edit i hope, i really don't want to have to rely on preloader for unbricking if something goes wrong :)

All apps automatically check the channel before packing it. You were using some VERY old version of crap then. The easiest thing is really priiloader (don't use preloader, its very old ;)) To your question: Yes, there is a wii emulator called SNEEK, check it out, but it's complicated.
