Hacking Changing the sounds in M3 Sakura

When I was browsing through the tools included with the Japanese release, I found a very handy tool that enables you to change the sounds that M3 Sakura uses.

I've made a readme for it:

This tool can be used to replace the sounds used in M3Sakura. To encode the sounds to .tbb (the format the loader uses), run tbbenc.exe once the following files are present:

snd_click.wav/.ttb
snd_movepage.wav/.ttb
snd_notify.wav/.ttb
snd_open.wav/.ttb
snd_longtap.wav/.ttb
snd_poweroff.wav/.ttb

But the Japanese one has more important information that I can't read:

EDIT: Got an OK translation from Google (with some editing from me):

Uncompressed size of the mono sound needs to be 8KB (or less) .The stereo sound has to be less than 16KB

Heck yeah!!!!! I live for click sounds!!!!! LOL j/k I wanted to see what some of the files sounded like from a few packs I downloaded, one is supposed to be a gameboy sound pack.
