Has anyone discovered a way to region change a WiiU console? I don't mean regionfree patching: changing the region of the console is a bit different. Some out-of-region games will not boot properly unless the console region matches the game (for example, Super Mario 3D World) or the language will not be properly set to the game's region but will be set to your console's region instead (for example, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze).

3DS hacking has this feature built into luma by setting up a locale.txt file for the game. Does anyone know if something like that exists for WiiU or if it is in the works?
