changing the region of a 3ds permanently?

    hey back in the GWait days i got myself a US 3ds. now i wonder if i can change the region of it permanently to EUR. is there a good way to do this?

    but if i do this i cant play pkmn moon right? it says that this brakes reboot patches

    Follow the region change guide someone already posted. Apparently, if you're doing it for an O3DS, you'll be able to basically fully region change it and everything should work just fine (or so sayth the guide). Not sure about pokemon not working anymore thou. I'm sure there's a work around to that (there always is specifically on the O3DS which allows just about everything).

    PS: the change is not really permanent persay because you can always revert back to the US version provided that you back up your nand

    I have region changed two 3DSs from Japan to US. One old and one new 3DS. Both work fine. But remember I had them arm9'd before I did it.
