Okay, I transfered Mii savedata from my o3DS to my n3DS.
What identifies Miis with console (deviceID? SecureInfo? movable.sed? ctcert? other console-unique information?) and is it possible to replace it?

you can probably just open one the desired mii in a dump in a hex editor and paste it into a dump to for the mii data you want to change. just a guess though dont quote me on it

Miis are identified by "system id" and console's mac address.

So, after transferring cfl_db, create a new Mii on the target system with a name you can easily recognize, export extdata f00000b again, open cfl_db in a hex editor, copy and pasta to your heart's content, and be sure to save and use FixCRC to obtain the correct checksum (instructions for fixcrc are in some megatopic here on gbatemp about mii editing)
