My cousin bought a laptop from Hong Kong and it came installed with chinese XP which he can read without any problem. Sadly, he wasn't internet savvy and opened a virus which made his laptop run so slow that he just gave it to me to format and reinstall XP Pro. Now, he says that he doesn't mind english XP being installed but would like the option to interchange between chinese and english (not read chinese words in IE, I mean reading things like the My Computer/My Music folders, error messages etc in chinese). Sadly, I thought it would be a simple case of just downloading a simple file and running it to make it appear in my "languages and region" option. Sadly this is not the case. Is there an easier way of changing XP to a different language?

i have that stupid connector on my gpu luckily it's only a 300w gpu so i should(?) be fine since all the issues are with the quad 8pin->12pin and mine is only dual 8pin

quite a tight bend on that 8pin->12pin adapter in my case, which is the worst case scenario, but i made sure it was fully seated after plugging everything in and bending the cable so it shouldn't come unseated by itself since i pre-stressed the cable

the vram is one advantage when it comes to AI but ends up being slower even with that and really AI is the only use case that needs more than 12gb vram right now
