I want to keep my files more organized on my external drive. I changed the name of the the wbfs and games folder to Wii Games and GameCube Games. I went into to the custom paths on USB Loader GX and changed the main gamecube path and they load just fine. I can't find where I'm supposed to change the path for the wii games. Is that even possible?

it's not a user's feature (all loaders and game managers are using /wbfs/)
If you really want a different path, you'll have to recompile a version of the loader yourself to hardcode a new path.

Wiiflow can do it.... not i feature i've used, but i did just confirm it works for wii games. ...here's the sections in the wiiflow.ini file to look for (wiiflow.ini is created in the :\apps\wiiflow folder on first launch).
