change chinese ver to english ver ??

    one know how to change from chinese ver to english ver ????????
    i stuck with chinese ver , can't understand !!
    need help please...

    I know how you feel.
    I can't exactly understand you, either.

    Oh, and AFAIK, you can only change the 1st gen Chinese R4's to the English version.
    If I'm wrong on that, I'm sure there'll be someone who says otherwise.

    1st gen has M3/R4/language conversion. 2nd gen has language conversion. 3rd youre fucked [​IMG]. maybe chip off the black gunk or heat it up to get to the contact maybe?

    thanks darksavior. i give a try. just remove the bridge on this contact. which 2 nd only on the photo .
    anything else ! put english ver1.08 in !

    Actually, you're suppose to solder in the contact, not remove it. Read it correctly:)

    Yes, to go from english to chinese. In your case, you want to got from Chinese to English, so you have to bridge that jumper and then install the english firmware.

    instead of soldering you can use a pencil.

    yes i mean pencil like to draw with, i tested it and it was confirmed to work seems conductive enough for R4/M3 jumper points. that is if your afraid of soldering and need a alternative.

    mine was done with a lead pencil but most should work, not sure on softness since it was the default lead it came with
