Hacking CGF Loader Cheat Help

I dont know how to activate the cheats on my CGF Loader...
I just download the available cheats and select some and press save.cgt

but the when i run the game nothing happens...

Help!?

above or below manage cheats, u need to enable cheats or enable ocarina
