Hello Everyone, I would like to ask you a question about how I can create a custom Wii U firmware without the need for an SD card, and use a USB drive for the Wii U. Can you help me with this?

You created ur post in wrong section, it’s for an actual tutorial and not asking for help on one.
Google “Wii U guide” will take you to tutorials but anyway
U can’t, ur gonna need sd card. Stuff gets installed from sd card to usb drive. Even with the old method of cold boot haxchi you still needed sd card to set up everything and then to install games to hardrive and wup installer gx2 app to harddrive but even then you’d still need an sd card if wanted to add more games later. I’m not sure about the new aroma method and think maybe have to have sd card all the time for it. Micro sd cards are pretty cheap just will need sd adapter for it

This is what you want, you'll still need an SD card for the initial setup, but you can get rid of it and move everything to a hard drive afterwards:
