CFW Switch won't boot up past the Nintendo Switch logo screen

Every time I boot into any cfw (sysnand, emunand, and fusee), It boots into atmosphere but doesn't get past the Nintendo Switch logo screen? It boots into stock no problem. This all started once I tried downloading .3ds games legally for citra on retroarch but noticed that there was an unknown file with an obscure name. I have done research but nothing helped so I evidentally reformatted my sd card in the correct format and did the same process of getting cfw on the switch but once again, it happened. Yes, I updated everything and yet, nothing seems to change. Any help is appreciated.

    The immersion part is the only thing I like about vr that's why I returned Nreals too much open space made them off putting cool concept for sunglasses kind of expected it but wanted to try them at least
