Hacking CFW on 11.5 new 3ds xl

I have done about 5 2ds/3ds hacks. The most recent was 2 New 3ds xl about 6 months ago that were on 11.4. Using the dsiware method from 3ds.guide website.

Do I have to upgrade to 11.6 to do the install or ca n I stay at 11.5?

Also if I used a nnid account to buy the $2 soduko game to hack 6 months ago can use that and redonload it on the source 2ds to hack the new ones?

Yes you have to update, and yes you have to buy the game again unless you did a reverse system transfer after you did the last one.

The devices I am goingg to use as source are 2 2ds that were hacked with soundhax method on a 11.3 re. It i s using armloader11 I think..... Do i have to u phrase them to bootstrap9 1st?
