Hacking cfw new 2ds xl cant get to the home menu

When i boot it up its just a black screen but i can still get to the power off menu and i can get to the home menu but it freezes there but i can still get to the power off menu from there i dont know whats wrong it

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
