Hacking CFW install finished - Am I in Luma3DS CFW SysNAND?

I finished the CFW install. When I boot into my new 3ds, I see what looks like the default 3ds screen. Is this the 'You will now boot Luma3DS CFW SysNAND by default.'?

What does it do?

It dumps the console's bootroms. If you don't need them or don't even know what a bootrom is, then don't bother with it.
