Hacking [CFW] Dump Retail Game , install as cia and use Retail Save?

Hey Guys,

Today, I tried to dump some of my Games (Fire Emblem Awakening, Mario Kart, ...) with their saves with Gateway Ultra 3.0.1
I installed the Games as cia (created with "3ds_to_cia_v2.00") to my 3DS to play it with CFW.
Now I tried to use the exported .sav (renamed it to 00000001.SAV".
for Some Games, like Fantasy Life (used the version I had already installed as eShop game on another card) it worked great.
But for Games like Mario Kart (Retail Game Cartridge), it doesn't work .

Is there a way to use the exported saves for cia's?

You need to extract the sav from the cartridge with savedatafiller and insert to the cia version.

The problem is: every SaveDataFiler which I found doesn't work on the CFW? Where can I find one which really works on it?
