Whenever I boot up CFG USB Loader, it is a gamble if games will load or not. I can tell when games will load, the loader loads the background music. If this happens, every game will launch perfectly. If the background music doesn't load, no games will load, and the console will hang at a black screen until I physically reboot it. Does anyone know what is causing this? I have tried this on both of my Wiis, with multiple different HDDs attatched, using multiple different HDD enclosures. All combinations give me the same result.
