Hacking cfg usb loader download links down-anyone have the files archived?

hello i've used wuphax to install hbc on vwii but can't seem to find a download link for cfg usb loader version 70r78.10. i need this version so i can use cheats on nintendont without messing around with sneek
please help me find the boot.dol for that version

I found some google code pages with a lot of old versions for the original and the mod.

Who told you to get that specific version? Is that the only one that has that feature?
