When I format my SD card, should it be FAT, FAT32 or NTFS?

I was still seeing the odd crash, usually when loading files via WiiMC, hopefully this will stop those crashes for good.

I'm sure the guide I initially followed a long time ago said to format to FAT, not FAT32
