I'm on the latest v70 of CFG.
    I have d2x v6 on 249 and 250.

I've been using it fine for quite a while now with no problems.

Now, all of a sudden, I'm getting no end of problems.

Sometimes the CFG doesn't load past the logo screen.
Sometimes, it loads, but the games freeze on boot up

If it was just the games freezing, I'd think it was the HDD, but when CFG doesn't load up, I'm puzzled.

On a slightly different note, I'm still using WBFS.
Will my games work any better if I convert to NTFS?
Can I use my WBFS Manager to convert to NTFS without having to rip all my games off, formatting, and copying back on.

Check whatever you copied cfg loader to for filesystem corruption.
FAT/NTFS will not make your games run better,
it will make managing games easier and let you store other files (eg homebrew, roms, video, music) though

I have 2 partitions, one is WBFS, the other is NTFS and holds movies.

The CFG Loader is on SD card, so I might copy all off, reformat and start again with it

I'll run the system check over the next few days, and think about converting the WBFS to NTFS but apart from easy copying, theres no benefit, right?

Did the first syscheck version not work? Please tell me what IOS it froze on (like my guide says to).

Please post the contents of "SD:\usb-loader\config.txt" in spoilers.

I don't see why you want NTFS over FAT32. You already have an NTFS partition, and you won't be able to load much with NTFS, since a lot of apps only read FAT and FAT32.

Both worked, I wasn't sure if they both to the same file or overwrote the existing file (which it did).
I can get you the csv for the 1st SysCheck too if that helps

The only apps I use are CFG and WiiMC.
Occasionally I use a NES and SNES emulator though.

EDIT: How would converting to FAT32 affect the existing games, like the huge SSBB?

    split at ~4GB (*.wbfs + *.wbf1 + ...)
managers and loader do this automatically, you won't notice a difference between single and multi file games

The first version is a beta. It gives more info, but it doesn't work on everyone's Wii. Please run the first one again and post the syscheck file.

I don't know if its causing your issues or not but some of your cIOS' are a bit off. Typically you'd have a cIOS with base 56 is slot 249 (base 56 works with most games), Then in slot 250 you'd have a cIOS with base 57. You also have the same cIOS installed into slot 200 and 250, and then your cIOS' 202 and 224 are the exact same.

Really the easiest way to do it would be to rehack your wii with Modmii and it will download all the recommended cIOS for you to install. You can also download all cIOS files manually rather then completely rehack your wii.

In modmii under 4 = Downloads Page 4 (cIOSs and cMIOSs), Type "rec" (without the quotes) and hit enter and this will select all the recommended cIOS'. Then you just need to start the download. From there its just like hacking your wii with modmii.

D2X v6 CIOS is installed correctly right now. If you still have problems with CFG v70 then remove all configuration files from CFG.

Removing the config files would just cause more problems.

@arogance1: Please post the contents of "SD:\usb-loader\config.txt"

That is only necessary if you plan on ripping games to an NTFS HDD.

When I format my SD card, should it be FAT, FAT32 or NTFS?
