Hacking CFG Loader not showing all Wii games

I have a problem when I load up CFG Loader where it only shows a select few Wii games. For some reason numerous titles are missing. They are all in wbfs format inside the wbfs folder of the NTFS partition of my USB HDD. Does anyone have a solution?

Are all of the folders named correctly? (i.e. usb:/wbfs/ASCII text title [titleID]/titleID.wbfs)

No I just have them in there collectively as wbfs files. However not all have their titleIDs so I will try adding those. Thanks.
