Indeed, but just purchase an used game locally/physically (not via web), so, you'll be able to test the online of cartridge before paying for it.

I've been in many used game resellers. If you ask, they will usually let you test a game, but I've never seen them let you test online play.

I just dumped Mario Tennis Aces.. (which did not work obviously, this was just for testing)
My Hacked Unit is completely offline. If I use the cart on my OFW unit, it's still safe yes?

So there's not really any detection for Nintendo here to see if we're dumping our own carts offline, it's mainly headers that used on cfw/multiple-units?

If you just dumped your card and tried to play the dump on the hacked offline console (which didn't work), then I see no risk in using this card on another console.
