Gaming Catagorizing my games

Hi to all forum readers!,

Im catagorizing my NDS roms just like this site does in an excel format.
But i only download the USA versions or in some cases the EU versions
if they contain Dutch language.
My question is, is there a free program that opens the NDS rom and
check its info; like Region etc?
Because im not sure the are all US and with some names it doesn't have a Regio letter behind the filename.
I hope this is possible.

Even better, use the ndscrc renamer @ http://www.advanscene.com/. It organizes your roms for you and tells you which ones you have and which ones you're missing.
