Gaming Castlevania PoR freezing

I got an R4 DS with a SanDisk 2GB card and when I play Castlevnia PoR, the game freezes all the time. I know it´s because of my card that´s not fast enough but is there any trix or something to not make it freeze?

I heard about some patches that removed some things to make it run faster, I don't know where to get them though.

The only fix is to buy a faster mem card.

Well, you could try to format the card with 64KB Clusters.
( i think that FAT16 is a tiny bit faster than FAT32, but aint sure about that, so try FAT16 64KB Clusters)

Searched for a patch and found a patch that´s supposed to work, will try it now.

If you dont want a patch to keep this rom clean then you should use this:

Kingston 1GB (Japanese - Toshiba) -- Run POR without freezing.
