Hacking castlevania DoS

I cant get Castlevania dawn of sorrow working i just end up with the white screens of pain

im using unflashed DS lite supercard lite (firmware 1.70 and software v2.57), super key and sandisk ultra II mirco SD 1GB

oddly enough protrait of ruin runs fine on supercard lite

I have the same problem.
Spec:
Nds Lite supercard, flashed bios, sandisk 1gb microSD. Soft V2.56 supercard for micro sd pro version.

I think that the software that is the problem, but I dont know what I should have instead.

i sorted it a while ago, i think i just had a bad ROM, though i am using a different software version, are you using firmware v1.7?

u might be using a bad rom. i know theres a version floating around irc that has a trainer built in and all the sounds removed.
