Yes, but I can't do it. I need more help and I can't work alone. I need more guys or friends who want to modify this game. I can extract some 3D models, but editing with Blender or 3dsmax is difficult for me. I searched to see if there is any tool for this game. Nothing. My search was in vain.

Can you bro some attach here some of these 3d and mesh file that you has extracted and edited yourself? Note: I also had difficulty to edit in blender a little time ago, but I couldn't done with this... due problems with PC overheat.

I managed to get these 3 images (more soon) about this racer suit guy. (Unused Picture/Graphic) at Driver Selection.

Hmmmmmmm.... I got more some .wms files from the RECORDS.dir file and coverted to png. By what I observed in these images, before you begin/proceed for the game you will need to get your "Driver License" and... with the same Pilot (I showed). Last Man Standing Subgame* will prob use this screen after every beat, and for last the "HotRod" Formula Car at Bonus Cars, had a different name: "Dragster" but for some reason they renamed to: HotRod... like others were ranamed howover the original name remained. I found some such as: "batcarsm.wms", "wackysm.wms" and "madmax.wms" Hrmmmm

Yep! But only do I have only it for PS2 memory card... at moment buddy.

But I always use this cheat in every new savegame that I do create:

Triangle, X, Triangle, Square, L2, Triangle at the Cheats Menu. Unlock All Cars

I would to know if you are able to extract the race tracks too... like: Airport Raceway and The Moon. I tried sometimes but it seemed too hard find adjust correctly the mesh size.

BTW you can use 'apache' software tool for modify the songs and something else for the game iso root, I guess.

I gave it a good look in the file, the vertices from the first LOD/model starts at 0x1E1 in this file and I still don't know about the correct triangle orders, I believe it could be triangle strip, quads or something like that

also I am using ModelResearcher program to do this file format's reverse-engineering, which is a good program for reverse engineering 3D model files

I wanted a software/progam for open/save/edit the car paint schemes (I mean from .WMS file used) I would edit the Midway Team Car Scheme with Photoshop or Paint.net and put a brand new paintjob like these below
