    Not currently. It's like a human body - we can't run 200 miles on a bag of peanuts, there's just not enough energy.

    Cars are pretty complex, and 200 miles a GALLON? Not for a while...

    We call those cars "Teleporters", they exist in the game "Portal" alone

    Cars are still pretty inefficient if you take it down to the chemical level (somewhat below 50%) but if we are heading down this path

    These things are good in the fuel used for distance covered stakes and are widely available.

    Yes, you are right, but bikes stand on that line too
    Watts=Volts*Amphers
    % (efficent) =[(Volts*Amphers) - (Volts [Internal] * I [ internal, on this case the full one])]/(volts*amphers)
    in other words
    Effiency = [(V[Rt]*I[Rt])-(V[r]-IÂ]/(V[Rt]*I[Rt]=(Watts[Rt]-Watts[r])/Watts[Rt]
    r = internal resistence, in other words, the energy used for the heat
    Rt = R total, all the resistence combined together!
    Volts = Jouls/Coloumb
    Amphers = Coloumb/sec
    Resistence = Ohms
    Power = Watts = W
    % = Effiency = Power used from the power created, in other words, how much parcent of the watts created I used

    oil companies are more likely to pay off the creator of anything that is energy efficient and actually applicable in society. all depends on the creators moral standpoint.

    The oil companies will already have the successor to oil ready for use. But if you think they are going to tell anyone while there is still oil left, you are deluded. They will wait until there is just about no oil left and then tell everyone that they have a solution; they want to get every last cent out of oil.
