can't write roms

    i just got my elink and i got the software online and it says it is not responding, can some please help me

    battery comes dead, charge it for 8 hours.

    i charge what for a 8 hours? the gba or the elink

    The Elink card...

    Plug the usb cord into the card and leave it


    (EZ4 is the same way in most cases(mine came charged though))

    can i keep in the gamboy with the gameboy turned off? and my cord is a little bent will it matter.

    hmm i have no earth idea why it would be doing that other than

    1. Place the cart in the gba
    2. Hook Up the cable USB to card
    3. Open Software and try flashing a game


    If it say's anything at all report back (even what screen it freezes on)

    But you could try some other software till you can figure out the problem (it may work)

    the drivers are for xp, if you got 98 or vista then the software won't work, you will have to download the correct drivers off the website.

    Well you have 2 choices then...

    1. Dual Boot windows Xp and Vista
    2. Wait for a very long time

    your out of luck start asking family or friends if they got a comp you can use, it does run from a thumb drive.
