since this problem is known since HGSS released in Japan and the tools still aren´t running with it, I´d like to take the liberty to make an educated guess and say NO, NOT FOR THE MOMENT! Chase-San seems to be able to dump a sav from the retail cart, but as of now wasn´t able to reload a save back into the cart and even the first seems to be a gamble.

So as it uses different save chip it has to be analyzed...
