Hacking Homebrew Cant uninstall chbc, homebrew launcher broken?

So i wanted to uninstall chbc according to wiiu.hacks.guide to install a newer method but I can't launch the Homebrew launcher to do so. It's stuck on the bubble screen with the BGM but no application.
Things I already tried:
-check for broken icon.png on the SD card (wiiu/apps/...)
-replaced the homebrew app with a newly downloaded one
-tried to boot homebrew launcher by pressing down the Home button while coldbooting

As far as I know you need the homebrew launcher to uninstall CHBC.
I don't wan't to brick my console, so I wanted to ask before I uninstall the VC game or sth.

your SD is not blocked in writing (small lock on the side of the SD)?

or test another SD.

oh my god, I tried everything in the last days except dealing with the SD Card Adapter. Swapped my MicroSD into a different Adapter and that did the trick (Kinda weird because my PC could read and write with it...). Sometimes it's the small things.
