Homebrew Can't smea make the Internet browser accessable like he did with eshop or can anyone else?

It would be nice to access the 3DS Internet browser on the old version again so would it be possible to access the browser through homebrew like what smea did with the eshop?

You can access the browser without updating. If it doesn't work, use the updated Tubehax DNS I guess.

That's utterly false. If you have an N3DS, you can still use browserhax no matter how many times you see the update nag.

Are you sure? Tested it and the server hosting the browser update thingy isn't blocked on the tubehax DNS server... https://gbatemp.net/threads/is-there-a-new-dns-for-tubehax.401116/#post-5767803

Yes, even nowadays I still get the update nags even with Tubehax's DNS. I'm on 9.9.0-26.

I have had 10.1 since it came out with DNS blocked through OPENDNS and I have never seen a browser nag.
