Gaming Can't see info on or buy DLC for AC3

Every time I try to look at the details for AC3 in the eShop, I get this message:
"You cannot purchase or view information about this software."
Does anyone know what might be causing it?

are they set to block certain content

mabye its the restriction like on eshop

the file, might have be updating when you looked
try it latter as the DLC did come out today

when you looked, it might not have been ready to d/l
