ROM Hack Can't read sd card data after GW format emunand...

This is what i done

1.New 3DSLL 10.3-28J downgraded to 9.1
2.selected Pasta and installed ThemeHax
3.install DevMENU(but doesn't show up on home menu after install)
4.BACKed UP SYSNAND in GW menu(without GW card)
5.backed up all 3DS SD card data to PC
6.FORMATed EMUNAND in GW menu(without GW card)
7.Move all data back to SD card
8.I can perfectly read the sd card, but I can't access my old saves and games in the SD card from the 3DS.
9.running EMUNAND, I still can't access old saves and games
10.Restored sysnand in GW menu(without GW card)
11.I still can't access my old saves and games

AFAIK if you backed up your SD files and made your SYSNAND backup before formating, then restoring the NAND backup and -copying all the files that were on your SD before formating, back to your SD- should work.
Are you sure you did it in that order?
1. Copy the files that were on your SD before formatting emunand back to your SD.
2. Restore SYSNAND backup.
3. Enjoy.

AFAIK if you backed up your SD files and made your SYSNAND backup before formating, then restoring the NAND backup and -copying all the files that were on your SD before formating, back to your SD- should work.
