I seem to be having trouble using the nes30 pro game pad with my wii. I am able to connect it to my wii just fine but i can't actually use it for anything not even games with gc controller support and i cant use it as a classic controller either. the firmware i have installed on the controller is the 1.71 wii version and that is why it can at least let me connect it to my wii. can anyone help me with this problem of it not working with anything?

I don't think there's any way to get it to behave as a GC controller. Those use the separate hardware ports and a different input mechanism.
