try starting the game with start instead of A. Also try direct copy option with the game manager to put the homebrew on the microsd card.
you need to be more specific, use direct copy option when you're trying to use homebrew. Otherwise check around to see if that game you're running actually runs on the m3 lite, compatibility is random with so many different versions of the m3.
