Hacking can't play copied DVD's

i accidentally updated my friends xbox 360 slim 250G to dashboard 2.0.16537.0 so am not able to play with burned DVD's here's some info about it :

MFR date : 2011-3-16
dashboard 2.0.16537.0
drive : DG-16D4S
FW :0225

im not sure but i think its unlocked drive or has been modded (im kind of noob)

will you please tell me what to do to solve that issue ?

Only way there would be an issue is if it was on a really old firmware before hand.
See if the person who originally flashed it could do it again maybe?

Only other thing it could be is laser

I suspect the laser being messed up.
If a drive is flashed on the old 12xxx dash and the update detects the flash, it won't update the console (atleast, did for 13xxx dashes)

Laser is the cheapest solution, so you could try changing it and see if that works. If not then a re flash may be required

you already figured out how to solve your problem? There's a option on the nad builders (xebuild or auto gg) named fcrt.bin. If your dvd key is correct, just check the fcrt field on the software, then build a nand. I recommend xebuild. In auto gg the way to do this is a little different.

It has to be RGH'd, otherwise it won't work.
