Hacking Can't play CIA while in GW mode but works in RX mode

So...I have a N3DS and i wanted to know why is it that I can't start up my CIA apps while in Gateway Emunand (black screen after 3DS logo) but it works if i boot up RX mode EMunand? Can anyone help?

Update your gateway launcher if you have the 3.5 one.

Also you can make CIAs work by first selecting a game from the Gateway card, then opening the CIA.

Thanks that worked. lol. i had the 3.5 and updated to the 3.5.1 after realizing the notes clearly said the 3.5.1 fixed CIA loading issues.
