Hacking Can't install streetpass mii square on modded 3ds

Hi!
I have a modded 3ds with luma3ds and when i open streetpass mii plaza it says that i have to install streetpass mii plaza files on my sd. When i do it it shows me an error code. Can you help me?

....click on Streetpass Mii Plaza -> Error Code 009-8401 -> instructs to go System Settings -> Data Mangement -> Nintendo 3DS -> Downloadable Content -> delete the "update data."
