Hacking Can't install some CIA files through FBI + Can't delete certain games/apps

Hello! So i was downloading 3ds games this last days through FBI, yet recently, i can't install certain CIAs.
-Mario Party - The Top 100
-Shovel Knight
I know it can't be my SD card. I bought it last week and its brand new. Also i downloaded the Shovel Knight CIA from two different sources, but the result was the same.
Error dump:

Failed to install CIA file
Result code: 0xD9004588
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Wrong argument (8)
Module: FS (17)
Desc: RSA/Hash verification failure (392)

They are the same with both files. Also, it seems FBI can't recognise their regions even tho they are clearly EUR.

The other problem was that i can't delete some installed games, specifically, some old demos and GBA custom VC. Whenever i try, the uninstallation fails. I tried to do it with FBI, but it doesn't uninstall either.

Your SD card may be corrupted. Test it with https://3ds.guide/h2testw

I used a Low End laptop, but it apparently didn't find any problem in the part that it could test (20,9 GB out of 29,1 GB).
Also, in between the Shovel Knight installation and the Mario Party Top 100 installation i was able to install succesfully Captain Toad Treasure Tracker.

The test is no good.

To get clean results,
you have to copy everything off the SD card, reformat it in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size, and then full Write + Verify the empty card in H2testw.

If the problems are the cias, then i dont undertsand. Most of my CIAs were downloaded from -------- and all except those two could be downloaded perfectly.

The deleting apps problem is still there tho.

Your card tested good. That means your failed CIA install is most likely due to bad dumps or incomplete downloads.

@RedCheepCheep, you need to edit your post. No directly mention or linking to copyright or warez websites per forum ToS & Rules.

Also, certain games require addition decryption by importing seed. Rythm Paradise Megamix is one such game.

No worries, i know about that. RPM runs perfectly in my system.
Guess i'll look for another SK and MP CIA online. I'll reply if i find a valid CIA.

• GodMode9 v1.8.0
• 3DS firmware Sys 11.10.0-43E

Good CIA dumps can be tested:

• GodMode9 → example.cia → CIA image options... → CIA checker tool -or- Verify file.

You want either Verification: passed -or- Verification success.
