hi, new here, and new to the wii.
So i buy an used wii for the kids, the seller said it was chiped.
It has a channel with the neogamma and from there i can launch games from the usb (success with mario something wii and just dance).
But i want the homebrew so i can install some apps to watch youtube, movies, music, maybe netflix.
i went to https://please.hackmii.com/ and copy the files to an sd (tried with 2 microSD with adapter < 2gb fat32)
triple chekd MAC... and version and region
go to mensagge board, click on red mail with bomb...
but it always stuck on the spam notice. "this software must not be sold..." and the "press 1 to continue" never appears.
any hints?
thanks.
more info:
in wii config it says 4.3U
when i test wifi conection it ask me to update the wii. (same when i go to the store channel) should i update? i thought 4.3 was the last version.
i didnt update because i really dont want to lose the neogamma channel, since from there i can run games from usb pendrive.
i googled a lot. but the things i found didnt work for me.
