Hacking Cant inject FBI in to health and safety after AL9H installed HELP

Hi i got my friends OLD 3DS XL and i have downgraded and installed al9h and restored from NAND but i cant seem to inject FBI in to health and safety for somereason when i try to inject it cant find the file.

I have checked several times if the file is in the correct location which it is but it wont show up on the menu when i try to find it.

Please anyone help its really pissing me off should be easy i did with my 3ds no problems its not working on my friends one T_T

Go to my page quantumc.at
Download InjectorHelper.jar and put it on the root of your SD card while it's in your computer.
Double click it to run (you might need to install Java if you don't already have it).
Choose old FBI or new FBI and click Go.
Wait a minute and when it's done, put SD card back in your console and the right file will be in the right place so you can inject FBI with Hourglass9.
