Hacking Can't get wiiscrubber to work properly

I've been trying to get Wiiscrubber in action here and none of the games seem to work once unrar'd.

I have a proper key.bin, the only thing i can think i'm doing wrong is making the bin incorrectly. I was under the impression that you just copy the code to a txt file and then change the extention? Is that not correct? Thanks

No, not just a text file with extension changed.

You need to "copy the code" in a hex editor to "make the bin" file.
