Hacking Can't get the save states to work on R4i

I bought an R4i 3DS Gold plus, and I was wondering if I could use the savestates that I have on my phone from DraStic on my R4. I've tried to convert the files but I can't get it to work.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
